Peppermint - Cinnamon - Ginger
Well-being starts with the gut, and our wellness tea combines peppermint, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon balm and ginger. All of which aid digestion. On top of that it contains antioxidant rich liquorice, fennel and burdock root. Oh and it tastes great!!!

Caffeine content - None
We recommend 1 tea bag or 2 heaped teaspoons of loose tea for every 200-260ml of boiling water. Cover and let brew for 3-5mins, longer if you prefer a stronger flavour.
Iced tea: Use 2 heaped teaspoons or 1 teabag for each serving. Pour 170-200ml boiling water over and let brew for 5-10mins. Add the hot tea to 375ml cold water and ice, straining the tea or removing the bags. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
OMG what can I say , this tea is amazing and really makes you have a glow after. Can’t wait to try the other flavours.
