An incredible high grade, delicious coffee is dropping into the Little Fin Roaster. This Ethiopian Yirgacheffe we have named 'Selasa' costs us almost double the price of some of the other coffees we have available, but just one taste and you will see why.
Originally sourced for part of a custom blend we were asked to produce, we have been enjoying this single origin immensely in the Little Fin house as a fruity, berry morning coffee. It's beautifully balanced and mixes perfectly with milk for a short strong Flat White or Cortado, or even straight up Espresso.
