    Description: An incredible high grade, delicious coffee, this Ethiopian Yirgacheffe we have named 'Selasa' costs us almost double the price of some of the other coffees we have available, but just one taste and you will see why. It's beautifully balanced and mixes perfectly with milk for a short strong Flat White, Cortado, or even straight up Espresso.

    Yirgacheffe - very tasty espresso

    I often have trouble getting the full profile in espresso on beans with darker tasting notes, as my sage bambino + runs a bit on the cold side. The brighter fruity flavours come through nicely with this one and I can keep the acidity well balanced. Very pleasing finish too when dialled in right. (If that wasn’t a pretentious coffee review, then I don’t know what is!)

    Lovely coffee beans. We prefer lighter roast beans and these are some of the best that we've found. Fantastic cup of coffee every time.
