    A lovely medium dark roast coffee, I’m pulling my shots at 88*c and they are perfect.
    It’s also a really nice coffee to have in a latte / flat white as there is plenty of flavour to cut through the milk, unlike some lighter roasts which in my opinion don’t lend themselves to milk drinks.
