    When should we send your coffee?

    Are you reading this because you wonder what cold brew actually is but you're a bit unsure about how to make it and if you'll like it? Stop right there! We are here to help and if you've never tried cold brew, you absolutely must.

    Quite simply cold brew is ground coffee and cold water that is placed in the fridge for 12-24 hours to brew. The ground coffee is removed before you enjoy a nice glass of cold brew mixed with milk to suit your taste. The brewing method is simple and you really can't go wrong. Because of the slower brew method and the use of cold water rather than hot, there no acidity to the coffee and instead what comes through is a delicious sweetness that works great as an alternative summer cooler. You can use anything from a bottle to a bucket to brew at home but we find the easiest way is a cold brew filter jug which we conveniently have for sale on the website.
