Peppermint - Cinnamon - Ginger
Well-being starts from within, and our wellness tea combines peppermint, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon balm and ginger. We had a chat with trading standards and we can't say that it's good for your gut health without remortgaging the house to carry out lots of tests to prove it. All we can say is that its full of natural goodness and tastes absolutely outstanding. If you love a mint tea, this is the one for you.
On top of that it contains antioxidant rich liquorice, fennel and burdock root, all of which may be good for you as well ;-)

Caffeine content - None
We recommend 1 tea bag or 2 heaped teaspoons of loose tea for every 200-260ml of boiling water. Cover and let brew for 3-5mins, longer if you prefer a stronger flavour.
Iced tea: Use 2 heaped teaspoons or 1 teabag for each serving. Pour 170-200ml boiling water over and let brew for 5-10mins. Add the hot tea to 375ml cold water and ice, straining the tea or removing the bags. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
OMG what can I say , this tea is amazing and really makes you have a glow after. Can’t wait to try the other flavours.
