Fruity - Sweet - Soothing
This naturally caffeine free, antioxidant rich herb is full of flavour yet soothing. Perfect for a breakfast or bedtime brew. Rooibos has been known to have a soothing effect on headaches, disturbed sleep patterns and digestive problems.

We recommend 1 tea bag or 2 heaped teaspoons of loose tea for every 200-260ml of boiling water. Cover and let brew for 3-5mins, longer if you prefer a stronger flavour.
Iced tea: Use 2 heaped teaspoons or 1 teabag for each serving. Pour 170-200ml boiling water over and let brew for 5-10mins.add the hot tea to 375ml cold water and ice, straining the tea or removing the bags. Garnish and sweeten to taste
