    Minais Gerais is a constant in coffee offerings for a reason. The consistency of it's classic tasting coffees make it integral in many a roasters offerings. This lot is no different ticked all the right boxes for us to make it a decaf coffee that stands up well against our caffeinated offerings. Grown in an area under rainforest alliance practices means it's impact on the environment is as good as it tastes.

    From it's exotic plantation among toucans, monkeys and even jaguars, it is take to a swiss water lab where using only heat and water, the caffeine is gently extracted from the bean, leaving the flavour profile in tact.

    Best Decaf ever

    It's expensive but worth every penny. I can't go back to other brands. Most decaf from other places sits on a shelf for ages because the demand isn't there. But this is roasted fresh every week and it really makes a difference. I use it for a V60 method and grind the beans at home. Really smooth and pleasant flavour.

    I can no longer drink caffeinated coffee and this is the best decaf I have found. I drink it strong and black still and there's no comparison
