    When should we send your coffee?

    Description: An incredible high grade, delicious coffee, this Ethiopian Yirgacheffe we have named 'Selasa' is beautifully balanced and sits happily between being able to mix perfectly with milk for a mildly fruity yet strong Flat White or Cortado, or steal with show on its own as an espresso or americano. This is one coffee we feel has really developed and come into its own at the roastery to be one of our favourites.

    Wow - strong with a good mild taste, not bitter, just right for the espresso or black Americano , loving this coffee to kick start the early morning cardio sessions

    Yirgacheffe - very tasty espresso

    I often have trouble getting the full profile in espresso on beans with darker tasting notes, as my sage bambino + runs a bit on the cold side. The brighter fruity flavours come through nicely with this one and I can keep the acidity well balanced. Very pleasing finish too when dialled in right. (If that wasn’t a pretentious coffee review, then I don’t know what is!)

    Lovely coffee beans. We prefer lighter roast beans and these are some of the best that we've found. Fantastic cup of coffee every time.
