    When should we send your coffee?

    Description: Winner of a Great Taste Award 2024 this roast is not one to scroll past! A popular favourite with our regulars at Little Fin, this bean packs oodles of blueberries in every sip along with some gentle floral notes that really lend themselves to a pour over.

    Cherries for this coffee are picked by hand as very ripe, before drying at a consistent low temperature in two stages to create the fruity characteristics. 

    Tasting Notes: Blueberry, Honey and Vanilla

    Origin: Nicaragua – La Bastilla Coffee Estate

    Process: Natural

    Altitude: 700-900m

    If you want a coffee that tastes like blueberry candy, then this is the coffee for you. Fruity goodness.

    I love rich, fruity coffees. This one was lovely. Completely different to the red-fruit African type ones I’m used to, but just as satisfying. I use a V60 and have it with oat milk. Highly recommend.
